Does it really pay to pay for the Facebook Adwords where you pay each day; or the Boost Post or what about their Promote Page? Are there any success stories or waste of time, or waste of money stories out there?

Hey @Jean Fleuriot

I happen to be one agent who has had good success generating business from Facebook. I think it's a matter of having an understanding of what you can do with FB, choosing a strategy, then executing that strategy.

For instance, I create an ad offering a lead magnet (something of value someone gets in exchange for an email address), it takes them to a landing page, and then I place them on an automated drip campaign focused on getting them to respond for more information or an in person appointment.

This may sound overwhelming but I promise you it's easier than it sounds.

What you'll need:

1. A lead magnet (Samples Below)

These are sample Lead Magnets:

First Time Homebuyer Guide

Guide to Downsizing

What Is My ______ Area Home Worth?

2. A Landing Page Generator (Click Funnels, Optimize Press, Lead Pages)

*I've used them all and can give you some recommendations

3. An Email Autoresponder (Active Campaign, Aweber, Mail Chimp)

*I've used them all and can give you some recommendations

**You'll also need to write out actual emails that will go out in order for a set period of time

4. An Ad Budget (You can start as low as $1 a day)

On Facebook, your goal is to target an audience you want to work with and send them a targeted message that speaks to their pain points.

If you're interested, add me as a colleague and I'd be happy to help you get started. If you have any questions about anything I wrote above, let me know.

Either way, best of luck to you!
