USDA mortage advice

Hello everybody okay so heres my plan. Im using a USDA Loan to get a house no money down so after i get the house im going to pay the mortgage for 6+ months and then rent it out. After a year or 2 goes buy hopefully the house has built equity and i can use that equity to purchase another house. Any advice, ideas, or lessons ect would be great! Thanks
