How do I begin?
Hello to all. So I just moved to a new city and I do not know the area. I am a newby to the real estate investing world. I took the initiative to read books about investing but they all have me a little confused about where to start and/or how to get started. I am interested in wholesaling because I believe that would be a better route for me being that I am a beginner but I am also interested in buying and flipping AND buying and holding. The thing is I have no clue about what to do to start. Anyone have any advice for me?
