Student looking to get started
I am currently a student and will be for 2 more years. I don't work and don't have a source of income. I've read all about how you can get started with "No Money Down" etc but I'm wondering if I should or get a job and save up, atleast til I have enough for the down payment.

While there are many ways to get into real estate with no money, it's certainly harder. Even @Brandon Turner would tell you that.
Reported income makes it easier to build capital, and makes it easier to find lending.
