I am seeking help with getting involved with investing. I am about to take a contractor job overseas but I am thriving to purchase some properties that I can hold on to for a little while. Let me paint a picture of my sistuation. I am prior military, young man with no assets, no good credit to back me and no big savings account. What route would you reccommend I take to secure financing for some homes that are in foreclosure? Is is possible for me to deal while Im overseas?
