Hi Im wondering if another GA realtor/investor could help me.  I'm currently a licensed realtor in Atlanta, GA. I've been licensed since March so I'm still fairly new.  Even though I have helped a few buyers get through their home buying process, now I need help with buying my first property.  I'm writing up an offer for my first flip and not exactly sure what else I need to include on the contract other than disclosing that I'm a realtor. For example, should my broker information be included and what form should I be using? GAR F20 or RE-100?
