Working with one real estate broker vs. many
Alright, first things first I have yet to do a deal and am currently finishing up assembling my team. Everything I know has come from reading books or talking to other real estate professionals here and in person. With that being said I'd like to know, what is the common practice when it comes to working with multiple real estate brokers? Or does it just depend on what you and your brokers are comfortable with? Obviously any deals brought to you should be only done with the broker that brought you the deal, but is it okay to work with multiple brokers? In my mind it is good to have multiple people out finding deals for you. I just didn't know if that would be looked poorly upon in the real estate world or not. I'd appreciate both sides of this too, brokers and investors. Thank you for your time.
