Hey guys,

I hope all is well. My name is Dan and I have a two questions.

1.) For my first "real estate property" I'm looking to investment in my either an Multi-family home or a townhouse located in a college town. Thoughts on which route is better, long term?

2.) I was recently introduced to FHA Loan and it seems too good to be true. What are the negatives to this loan?
