Who's On First
I'm evaluating my first potential commercial deal and it hit me: What professionals should i have lined up BEFORE I put in a bid?
At a minimum I'll eventually need
- Property Manager
- CPA
- RE Attorney
- Insurance Agent
Not sure if it changes the answer but I'm looking at a smaller medical office building with one tenant.
