I'm relatively new to wholesaling. I's like to find a deal in Michigan where I live but the market is super competitive here. I was wondering if it is safe to broaden my horizons to out of state markets. How should I go about doing it? My interest are Atlanta, Georgia; Anywhere in Florida; Sacramento,CA; and Denver, CO.
