Anybody familiar with real estate in the Pittsburgh area?

Hey there! 

New to BP, happy to be here.

My question is, is anybody here familiar with the real estate market in Pittsburgh? My brother has recently relocated there and bought a fixer upper that he is currently working on. He claims the market there is on the upswing and has convinced me and my partner to fly down there to check out some houses. 

We have both been checking out houses online and talking to real estate agents over the phone. Everything seems to check out good and theres seems to be many multi family units that would generate a very good cash flow as well as appreciate in value.

Anyone else here have experience buying/selling in Pittsburgh? 

Agents you would recommend? 

Neighborhoods to stay away from?

Neighborhoods to look into?

Any concerns I should have?

Any other Bigger Pockets members you know of that are familiar with this area?
