Hey everyone. My names nick and im a 19 year old carpenter looking at investing in real estate as a way to set up my financial future. Ive attended scott mcgillvarys real estate workshop and learned quite a bit from it. Ive also read many articles and have watched hours of podcasts im looking at buy and hold and most likely a hybrid of flipping to myself. Im curious what type of financing may be available for young investors with little credit and not a lot of savings. Im currently looking at cornwall as a starting place to invest but am hoping to move to ottawa in a few years. Thanks for the help Nick robinson
