Best book for newbie

I am a newbie who is interested in getting started in rentals properties in the Albany, NY area.  I would like to build wealth and supplement my income.  I used to have a real estate license and have done two flips that were my primary residences so I have real estate experience.  I also have experience with contracting and do all of my own work.

My goal would be buy some rehabs in the beginning to fix up and get some quick equity to leverage additional properties and grow quickly over the next ten years.  I will be able to retire at that point and would like to have an alternate plan since I will be retiring young.

I am seeking help from experienced investors on the site. Can you recommend books or a resource that would help me formulate a plan to get started in the next 6 months to a year. As I said, I have some experience so I am not really looking for something to help me from the ground up. More interested in learning the in's and outs of owning rentals, growing a rental business, what type of business to start (i.e. - LLC, multiple LLC's, Corp.), tax strategies, using a property management service.

Thanks in advance for any help or recommendations that anyone can make.  There is a lot of information out there and I am trying to find a start point to start researching the topic and decide if this is something I want to move on.

I had tried to look up my local REIA, but it does not appear that there is any local activity on the site for this area. I am interested in meeting any other investors in the area so please send a request to connect if your local.
