To move out of our investment property?
Hello,
My husband and I currently own a 2-family home, live in one side, and rent the other. In our shopping for another investment property, we found a nice single-family home 3 doors down from our current house. We are wondering if it is a good idea to move out of our current place--making it our investment property--then moving to the new home. The investment property would cash flow about $500/month if we manage it ourselves.
Any input or advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!!
Sincerely,
Rachel O'Leary
