No Money Down

Hey everyone!

Although I am new to investing, I understand that no money down deals for properties are hard, if not impossible to pull off. I was curious however if anyone knew of a bank or a way to get a no money down martgage for a small property. The one I am looking at is under 100K 3 bd 1 ba and 1 guest house both rented separately. I ran all the numbers are it can make almost 2k a year with no money down!

Im open to advice/suggustions since I am a TOTAL real estate newbie!
