Hello all,

Here is my first post. Glad to be part of the community. I've bought and owned houses before but never solely to flip. In regards to flipping, at what part of the purchase process should you start looking to pull permits. I'm working on my business strategy, team and just want to be as prepared as possible before jumping in. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance,
