How do I get wholesale properties!?!?!

I just recently obtained my RE license and am currently looking to go after a particular niche. I am going after sellers who are having financial difficulties. I look up absentee owners, REOs, even try driving around looking at properties. I have funding and a contracting crew. My job is to find them a house for the right price. 

Any suggestions?
