I'm looking to buy a house that my mother in law lives at for now. That house is being forced to sell so I figured I would buy it as a rental and let them stay The house is worth about 130 after repairs And needs about 40 thousand in work. I might be able to grab it for 70 Any advice on where to borrow for that kind of deal ? And is it worth it ?
