Hi I'm 32 years old and have my fair share of experience in real estate I own I few commercial properties as well as residential income generators. I've always wanted to do fox and flips and was wondering if anyone can help me with tips on how to find these properties, contractors, or even whole sellers to help me locate new properties. I have some cash available to purchase new deals and would really love to start the game in flipping houses any advice would be greatly appreciated.
