Thank you to those who recommended Amica and now an umbrella question

First, I want to thank those who recommended Amica insurance! We just switched our 3 rental properties and primary residence and ended up savings around $1k/year between all 4 properties. Awesome!! I'm glad I read the forums here.

Now, the agent said that once we hit more than 5 properties they are unable to insure because we would need a commercial policy and they don't offer those. Any advice on that? What is a commercial insurance policy for rental property and who do you use?

She mentioned the availability of am umbrella policy if we also have our car insurance with them but we have Geico and it is $600 less per year than what they quoted so we stayed with Geico. Do you have an umbrella policy, what company, is it necessary, what are your thoughts on umbrella policies?

Thanks for any thoughts and advice!
