Closing on first rental property

I am in the process of closing on my first rental property. I am purchasing from a FSBO. I have the loan worked out and appraisal done. Loan officer says we can close as early as this week. I know I need to get an insurance quote in place and he said to let him know what attorney I would like to close with. Shouldn't I call around for best price? I am not sure what questions I should ask when choosing an attorney. And will the attorney handle the process or will I need to do more.
