My brother and I are interested in flipping a property.  We have about 25,000 dollars to work with.  What is a realistic price range for us to be shopping in?  I also have just gotten my real estate license in PA and like the idea of being able to get an easy listing off of something that I have helped rehab which I will have a good knowledge of things done, etc. I know its all about the deal and finding the right one. Should I be shopping foreclosures, or just looking for a good deal? Any and all advice is welcomed! Thanks !
