Just got laid off!!

I just got laid off and I want to throw everything into my real estate investing business. I had a few deals fall through so I haven't actually earned any money from REI yet. What is the best way to get leads quickly so that I can either birddog, wholesale, or Flip as quickly as possible?

We have hard money lenders lined up. We just need the leads. Our Marketing consists of pre foreclosure direct mailers, door hangers, networking events, craig's list ads, and email campaigns.
