Secured Cash Buyer Now What?
I wish I had started surfing this site from the "start here", and "new members introduction" page. I wish I had read more BP material before I started posting anything. This would've been an entirely different experience! I was so excited with the idea of asking questions I rushed into posting, and asked some really weak questions. lol on me.
I am a newbie wholesaler and I have secured a local cash buyer in Massachusetts They purchase an average of 35 homes a year and can close in 7-10 days.
I've identified all of their purchasing criteria.
I'm really excited now!
They only have a few buying requirements: Norfolk area, Single family residential, No well water, tied in to town/city sewage or must pass Title 5, and no more than roughly $300,000 purchase price.
Their criteria is really wide open. Any bed bath combo, any size, any almost everything. I'm not sure where to start first.
PLEASE ADVISE
