Hello I am Mercedes I'm from New York I've been interested in real estate for a few years after doing a lot of research and saving I'm I'm ready to finally get into it my question for vets would be which is a better market to get into NY or CT I'm very familiar with both but for my first time investment I want to find something financially astute such as maybe getting something out of forclosure and rehabbing it and eventually renting it out for some residual income any advice?
