Struggling to find my first deal

We are new at this and struggling to find our first house to flip. Everything seems like there isnt enough returned based on the amount of work needed. I think im in need of a good wholesaler or birddog to keep feeding me properties until i find the right one. Anyone have properties that could be good fits for me. Looking for something in Atlanta only. Any help would be great. Going to my first meeting this weekend so that should be good
