Best book you have read to help you reach Real Estate goals?

I figured now is a great time to start with REI. I have about $60,000 in my bank account, and a VA home loan waiting for me when I decide to do my first purchase. I will be attending my first REI group meeting on the 28th and can't wait to put my hard earned money to work for me.

Question I have is if there is a particular book (on top of podcasts, REI meetings, trial and error, etc.) that you all would recommend to someone who is looking to get into the Real Estate business? Thanks!
