I'm new at this and I recently sent out 1000 postcards , even though I have done a lot of research I still have millionsome of questions.

1) does anyone know or reccomend a good closing agent in Charlotte , that is familiar with assignments?

2) I am trying to stick away from bandit signs , if anyone is from Charlotte , where do you see the most response from. Do you think its necneccasneccasary to put out bandit sighs to get responses .

3) also I have not got this far yet , but when the time comes to find a buyer , I'm afraid I'm going to have trouble . Has anyone in Charlotte had success through Craigslist at all? 

Would love to get any info that we can share back and forth and keep the forum going
