I attended my first local real estate investing meeting. It was an amazing experience. I felt really grateful to be around people with similar thinking. Although I was probably the youngest one there I will go back. I received some contact information for some private lenders and hope to find a good deal soon. 

The only downside wad I met this older couple that seemed to have bought into a guru class. I felt kind of bad for them but I obtained their contact information so hopefully I can work with them and make that expense worthwhile for them.
