Getting Funding as a College Student

Hello BP Community,

I am looking for creative investment ideas to get funding. Currently, I am a student that is using the GI Bill from my time in the military to pay my for school and living expenses. Plus, I am working a part-time work study job.

The problem is that the lenders I've talked to don't see this as steady income . When I talked to the lenders they have criteria such as you have to have a full time job or need steady income for at least 2 years.

What I am asking is for other options (possible loan programs) and ask for your help and ideas. Also, I don't have a home so I can't use any form of HELOC.

Thank You
