How to learn which neighborhoods to invest?
Hi, My name is Matthew and I am originally a New York City real estate agent that moved to Israel. I am interested in investing in the U.S. but I have limited capital so I might have to raise funds from different sources like family and friends. I am interested in buying wholesale properties and looking to start with a minimum investment to get started, say under $7,000. I am looking for feedback on what neighborhoods to look at and what sources to look at to study the neighborhoods in order to focus more on where I can find in this budget. Your feedback is appreciated
