Help me size up a potential deal!

Hey everyone,

I'm a real estate agent that has one rental property in my market.

It was a good deal rents 1500/month, 68k to purchase, 643 mortgage a month (due to a 203k loan). I've found another potential deal about 100 miles away from me. I'm familiar with their market but am not an expert like I am in ours. I have the numbers and rental rates. This seems like a good deal, but if anyone wants to weigh in please do, I want to make sure there's not something I'm missing!

Thanks Steven

2 quadplexes for 210k. 8 units rent for 485 a piece.
