I'm a new investor with beginning knowledge and want to execute on strategy. I prefer to be a part of a team short term so that I don't reinvent the wheel. Can you recommend a team to work with in the Inland Empire? I'm a hard worker, loyal, and learn extremely fast. Willing to split earnings in return for mentoring.
