Hello!  I have been investing in properties since August 2014, and I am interested in maintaining/managing properties over in the East/Midtown Memphis area.   I am doing my research and reading up on how to expand/improve my real estate business.  Tell me: How did you all get started?  I got started by looking at duplex homes.  They are worth investing, I'm telling you! ;)
