Just to say hi to everyone out there. Me and my wife are just starting out with home investing. We are hoping to close on our first investment home this month. I also know how to fix things in the home so I am ready.

Thank you all for your comments. We closed in our second house in july and got it rented.  We are now working on the third one this week.  It has been a lot of work but rewarding.  Ocala is still growing, so far so good.
