Hello I’m Jemima. I just signed up two days ago. My boss told me to joined this community and review some forum and podcast to be acquainted with Real Estate since I don’t have much experience on this kind of stuff.

Reading some of the inspiring stories got me interested in this business specially in investing. I know you will be dealing with a lot of negotiations, business plans, and location of the properties, its structures and the likes. Starting up maybe is the hardest part but once you get it right then everything will just fall into places. I just hope to know more about this, and hopefully I will get more ideas by reading more discussions and forums in this site to widen my leanings. Thank you.
