End buyers and Landlords

I am a new investor and have done research on probate, vacant and distressed  properties for some time now.  I am putting all of the pieces together.  An area that I am having difficulty with is finding end buyers/investor-buyers and landlords to wholesale to.  Please give me suggestions on where I may start my search for these key people of my business.  Thank you.
