In need of attorney in MA!!

Hows it going guys, as you know Ma requires that an attorney handles closings in real estate transactions. Unfortunately every attorney I've been in contact with either doesn't believe in creative real estate, says its illegal, or simply doesn't know it. Im ready to go i have clauses that i want and the knowledge and drive to go now i just really need an experienced investor friendly attorney now and any information on hard money lenders would be great! Any information would be great! Thanks guys.
