Buying real estate subject to, the pros the cons

In my state buying a property subject to is a pretty straightforward process and a great way to buy properties without using your own cash. One of the downsides is that you do have to be prepared in the event the bank calls the note due which can happen so you'll have to be sure you have an exit strategy.
