Looking at purchasing a multi-unit property

Hi everyone,

Just found a multi-unit property I'm think I'm going to purchase. However, this is a first for me and wanted to get some feed back on things I should look out for. It has 15 units, all rented, and in a decent location. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.
