Newbie in Carrollton, GA (west of Atlanta)

Hey Biggerpocket community! I've been doing a ton of research on real estate over the past year and now really ready to get into it. I've listened to nearly all of the biggerpocket podcast and I wanted to join the community. I'm looking to do single or multifamily housing deals with no credit. If you have any advice on how I can get started or where I should start please respond. I am really to listen and learn.
