Hello there. I am brand new to BP and just sat in on my first webinar that Brandon hosted. It made me want to get out and start already! I don't have much capital which I can invest with currently.  I am interested in investing in rental properties, but am still trying to find out the best way to start with little money down (my next step is to read Brandon's book)
