Hi BP,

I have a strong interest in learning how to invest in rental properties as well as learning how to successfully flip properties in the Chicago area. I’m looking for someone that would be willing to teach me how to do both in exchange for helping them on projects they are currently working on. I have a background in commercial construction project management and am looking for someone that would allow me to work for them on a part-time basis. I’m willing to work for free, provided the type of work I’ll be doing is directly related learning how to do deals. I currently have a full time job but am in a position to work nights, weekends, and occasionally during the day, Monday through Friday. I have a strong background with plenty of references and am happy to provide a copy of my resume and additional details if interested.
