Potential Property in Rahway NJ

Hi Everyone - 

I'm a newbie and am looking at a tri-plex in Rahway NJ (one 2BR, one 1BR, and a studio -- I'm thinking of it more like a duplex because it's a small 1BR and studio).

If anyone has invested in this area I'd love to shoot them a couple of questions regarding this property.
