Manufactured homes
I am going to be receiving about $12,000 in the next few months and wanted to make sure the money is not wasted. I had been looking at homes and came across a few manufactured homes in a senior park costing 49,000-80,000. The one listed for $49,000 is really nice and doesn't need any repairs. My fiancé has excellent credit and I will have the cash. Can we purchase this together and rent it out? It shows in the price history that it was rented for $3,800. Is this a good idea and a good investment?
