New to the forum and have a couple questions...........
I'm interested in buying cheap houses(up to $100,000), doing some repairs, and holding for the long run. By doing this will I be able to achieve a substantial cashflow and appreciation simultaneously? Also, is it wise to rehab cheap houses and then hold them? Thanks!
