Multi Unit Turnkeys

Im having a hard time finding multi unit turnkeys. I started out by looking at WC Equity Group however i cant seem to find any information on them as a turnkey provider. I have asked several people about their website and they cant seem to be able to figure out what they do. Can anyone assist on suggesting a good turnkey provider that provides multi unit properties. I was looking in the tampa area but it doesnt necessarily have to be there. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
