Hi there everyone, my name is Feriz and I'm 25 years old. I've recently been interested in real estate investing and I would like to learn from the best. I know there's a lot of people here that have an enormous amount of knowledge to share. I would appreciate any advice on real estate investing since I have not bought anything yet. I would like to know where i should start and how i should go about doing what I need to do to succeed. Also if anyone is from Lexington KY or nearby and could offer to be my mentor and show me their day to day investing life, I would be more than grateful for the opportunity.
