advice/mentorship request

Hey everyone. My name is Justin Scurry and I'm new to the site. I just downloaded the free beginners guide to real estate investing and I'm currently reading over it. I'm writing this post to meet actual people, or an actual person that does what I'm looking to start doing. I have some skills that I don't know how useful they would be, but if they could be helpful to anyone willing to mentor a newbie then please let me know.  My very modest skill set includes sales, organizing/clerical, cleaning (residential/commercial). In exchange for mentorship with wholesaling for starting out, buying and holding and flipping real estate, I am more than willing to offer these service where they seem fit. please don't hesitate to reply, I'm looking to build relationships, thanks!
