Putting in contracts that don't allow contingencies
I want to put an offer on a bank owned property. The listing states that there are certain adendums to accompany the contract. They state that termite and home inspections are for buyer's info only.
So my question is I want to get the inspections for my knowledge, but I don't want to spend the 300+ dollars if they are not going to accept my contact.
Is there any way around this? Or is there any way to tie up the property some other way?
